The Link provides updated and modern affordable homes to seniors by redeveloping the Odd Fellows Manor, housing owned by Odd Fellows, that had reached the end of its usable life and was in severe need of upgrade. The new six-storey building features retail on the ground floor and has a residential split between the Odd Fellows units and rental housing units owned by the private developer. The Link project won a 2022 UDI Award for Excellence for Seniors Housing.
