By working closely with the community housing sector and with the support of Vancity credit union and our investors and donors, we have been able to support the increase in supply of affordable rental housing:

• 5336 units of affordable rental housing
• 87 loans worth $37M provided to 63 organizations for 70 housing projects
• 253 grants worth $6.4M provided for affordable housing projects and initiatives
