Centrepoint provides affordable housing in downtown Squamish. The project is mixed-use development that consists of 32 affordable units and program space. The Squamish United Church donated five downtown lots to Sea to Sky Community Services Society. The development includes a church sanctuary and a new service hub for Sea to Sky Community Services Society that was able to consolidate its services in one location. The society had been operating for 40 years without a building of its own.
