John Howard Society of Victoria (JHSVIC) is building a six-storey, mixed-use complex to provide residential units for persons leaving incarceration and seeking safe, affordable housing along with additional supports to reintegrate into the community. The new building will also include expanded community office space for JHSVic as well as programming space and space for a social enterprise. With this new building, JHSVic will be able to accommodate a broader client base to include more senior residents, those with mobility issues and other physical/mental health issues. The building will be built to a Net-zero ready standard

Moderate Income – A home that is available for a monthly rent that is equal to the low-end of rents available in the private market. Also referred to as ‘Middle Income’ and ‘Affordable Market’.
