Evangel Family Manor opened in 1987 with 64 affordable homes suited to people of all ages. In order to provide additional affordable housing to families in Kelowna, Evangel Housing Society constructed an additional six-storey apartment building on the site with one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and includes accessible units and a daycare on the main floor. Evangel Housing Societies is the umbrella organization under which three independent, not-for-profit housing societies operate with the mandate to provide affordable housing to the people of Kelowna.

Moderate Income – A home that is available for a monthly rent that is equal to the low-end of rents available in the private market. Also referred to as ‘Middle Income’ and ‘Affordable Market’.
