Seton Villa in North Burnaby is a non-profit retirement centre that has provided seniors with affordable housing since 1974. The extension project will demolish an under-utilized gym and remove some parking for a new four-storey supportive housing building with 48 self-contained adaptable units. In addition to offering services onsite, the complex is well located close to transit and other amenities.
